Common questions

How do I delete my account? In the app, open Community, tap your account and choose "Delete my account". See also the privacy policy.

How do I report a post or review? Tap the ⋯ menu on it and choose Report. Reports are reviewed by the Dialed team and stay private.

The recipe seems off. Choose your grinder in your profile for real grind settings, add the roast date and tell the app how the cup tasted. It adjusts from there.
